Does Host-Nation place ads on my site? No Host-Nation does not place ads on any website that we host. However we do greatly appreciate links on IRC MOTD's, Websites, etc...

Can I upgrade after I made an order? Yes Host-Nation allows you to modify your plan any time you wish. There are no additional fee's to upgrade or downgrade your hosting services. Please contact sales if you wish to upgrade/downgrade.

How can I receive support? We offer a variety of support methods. Please visit our contact page for a list of options. Choose what suits you.

How can I transfer my files to my web space? You may transfer files to your web space by using an FTP client such as FlashFXP, CuteFTP, or winscp(sFTP ssh only). You may also transfer files to your web space using the File Manager located inside DirectAdmin.

How soon will my account be setup? New orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment verification. Please note that current clients are not required to provide payment verification for additional purchases, only the initial purchase.

How many domains or subdomains can I host? Users are allowed to host a unlimited number of domains or subdomains using our services. This includes Domain Registrar services as well as Domain Hosting(included with most hosting packages).

Will I have to pay setup fee's? No. There are no setup fee's associated with account setup. We do however charge for additional services such as Web site installation, Search Engine Submission, Web Design, IRCd Setup & Configuration, etc...

Do you have any restrictions on content? Yes, we do not host spam-oriented sites, browsing proxys, and any sites violating intellectual property rights.

Do you allow adult content? Yes, we do allow adult content as long as it doesnt violate property rights and US law.

Do you really offer unlimited bandwidth? Yes Host-Nation currently offers unlimited bandwidth. Unlimited is defined as unlimited. The bandwidth is here! Use it!

Can I use FXP? Yes Host-Nation currently supports FXP. If you have issues using FXP please submit a ticket via the Help Center with your error and account information

Where can I find which NameServers I should use? You can find the NameServers for your domain listed on our about page which also contains information about each server.

How do I access my account? You may access your account several ways. To access DirectAdmin visit our login page. We also support SSH and FTP depending on the type of account. We offer some free ssh clients for download in our File Directory.
